Interview: Get To Know A Home School

My son

My son

Back to school time is almost here so I’m enjoying a nice couple of weeks off now that summer school is done. Am getting some back to school shopping done and finalizing lesson plans as we prepare for our Third Grade. So excited!!

In the meantime, I want to use this opportunity to highlight another blog. Emily from Nerd In The Brain features Get To Know A Home School posts where she interviews home school parents. The interviews offer great perspective into various home school experiences, along with thoughts and ideas from parent-teachers. I was recently approached by Emily to be part of the interview feature on her blog. Here’s the link for those who would like to read it and get a little more insight into our home school thoughts and experiences. Emily is going to be expanding the feature to also include student interviews soon! Thanks to Emily for the time and effort she puts into this feature. It is awesome to read different perspectives from parent-teachers in the home schooling community…so spread the word.

Have a great rest of the summer. We’ll be back in mid-August for our first day of school. Bye for now!
