Proverbs 22:6 – Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old, he will not depart from it.
This is a color wheel craft my son made with the primary and secondary colors, which was then used in an activity to show colors in motion.
I used half sheet white construction paper and using a small bowl, made a circle outline. Using a ruler, I then measured three primary and three secondary color sections. My son colored in the three primary colors. I then asked him to color in the three secondary colors by figuring out which colors he needed to blend from the primary lesson. Once he identified the correct spot for the secondary colors, he colored them in. We then cut out the color wheel. The final step was to place a toothpick in the center of the wheel and had him spin it to show colors in motion. He enjoyed the activity. It was a good way of applying the information we talked about during the week. These are a few photos to show the steps.
